Opal Fields Kicks Off Food Drive!
Tom and Kimberly Wheeler, owners of Opal Fields, "Honolulu's Finest Jewelersince 1989" has announced the kick-off of a unique Food Drive to Benefit SAVE THE FOOD BASKET! Customers and the general public are invited to
bring in non-perishable canned food items in return for "Drawing For Diamonds Raffle Tickets." These Raffle Tickets are part of a Contest in which over 20 Prizes with a total value of over $ 5,500.00will be individually awarded instantly to participants that come into the store and match their tickets to winning numbers drawn and posted every day. For each non-perishable can of food donated the participant will receive 1 ticket and for each canned meat, fish, peanut butter or jelly brought in the participant will receive 3 tickets good toward winning fabulous prizes!

This is just a small sample of all the prizes that will be awarded to winning ticket holders.  Tom and Kimberly Wheeler say that the Food Drive is a "Great way to gather food for those in need, and a fun way to thank those who participate by giving out raffle tickets for prizes."  Some of the other ways to obtain more Drawing For Diamond Tickets are by redeeming the stores weekly newspaper ad which runs every Thursday throughout the sale and by returning weekly post cards mailed out to each participant.
No purchase is necessary to participate and all the fabulous prizes are on display in the store.
